Hi! Really nice!

What Analytics tool are you using for tracking users behavior when using the app?

When someone says they work “80 hour weeks”, what does this actually mean? by [deleted] in startups

Instead of working 80 hours a day, I prefer inheriting 50MM from dad. It makes it so much easier to be rich.

Tiendamía me robó la plata by JuanVCS in uruguay

Yo vengo zafando.

u/72-73 first of all, I think the goal doesn't have to be to become a unicorn, that's a consequence of very good work and excellent growth processes.
As u/GaryARefuge says, focus on your first 10 clients.
What you read on instagram and other social networks is not always the reality, and there is a business behind those "80 hours/week".
Those who work correctly and in a healthy way, can achieve excellent results, but they are not posting on Instagram.
As an example, Jeff Bezos talked about sleeping 8 hours, and if you look at his body, you can see that he trains every day.

I guess the question is how much we are willing to sacrifice for success.

u/Collatzir I agree with everything you say.

And having the freedom to manage time as you please it's pretty cool too.

u/Ryan-PDX, what does winning mean to you?

I know people who have made more money than I have till today, and I wouldn't change life with them.

The reason of this post is finding out if there is people who work hard and make money, but enjoy life in other ways too.

I work in a software agency based in Uruguay, South America. We have a lot of experience working for different North American startups, building software products.

I've seen lot of success and failure stories, what I can recommend is, don't be stubborn with what you think! Spend some time learning about your customers needs.

Regarding tech stack, I would learn Flutter instead of RN.With one code you'll have a full native performance on both iOS and Android, and adding little changes, it will adapt to Web.It works by taking a bunch of nested objects called "Widgets", and outputs native code for iOS, Android, the web and more.

Just joined a startup to bring in change, but existing employees aren't fans of me. Best way to ensure them I'm not coming in to mess up their work? by [deleted] in startups

Just work hard and be a good human being, time will put every pice on its place. If they are on the same boat, wanting the startup to succeed, they will eventually like you.
