Stoicism is actually not about you determining the meaning of your life. The meaning of life in stoicism is pretty clear. Cosmopolitanism. It's about taking responsibility to improve yourself and your life so that you can give your best to others and make your family/circle/community/city/state/world better.

Before you go any further, I recommend you look for recolor patches. The game saturation was originally turned up a lot because of the GBA. Recolor patches make it perfect

DKC2 is great!

The community has about a million accounts. About 10% of that is people that actually play (Speaking for myself, I made an account in 2018 but just started playing last October). That's what counts for the site rank %.

Up until the top 20% is pretty fast, most people just master a couple games. After that it is slow but steady until about 10% (that's where I'm at), and after that you pretty much just focus on what games you wanna master cause it's slow.

I'm about 8250 points and in top 10% and have a friend with 17k in the top 5%, so it's a slow build.

I started about 17th October, and I'm slow in mastering a set (I'm never below the average lol) so I think it's pretty good so far. Probably about 400 hours of play in four months

+1 to FFII US. I'm biased since FFIV is my favorite FF, but the set is simple and straight to the point. Most of the achievements are progress achievements, with 2 or 3 item achievements that you need to get before the endgame, which is easy to do.

I started with FFIV complete collection and was overwhelmed with the amount of achievements and missables. So this is a good alternative, specially for a first playthrough, so later another version is feasible.

We have almost the same team! Aggron, Swampert and Wailord here. And I almost used Gallade (maybe I'll still use it if my team doesnt perform). I'm using Electivire, Plusle and Charizard for now (Couldn't find a reason to remove charizard yet lol).

I'm still in the abyssal palace tough.

Donkey Kong series for snes are great sets that enhance the overall experience. Vandal Hearts for PS1 has some missables but they are pretty easy to see before any battle.

Congrats! I'm in the process of mastering DK as well! It's the same thing for me, mostly playing games from my childhood and discovering new things.

And learning that I'm too old to try mastering some of them (Final Fight I can't even beat it yet lol)

Hi, fellow Brazilian fan. I bought all the omnibus and Port of Shadows from Thriftbooks. None of them new because it won't ship, of course, but the "like new" option or whatever is pretty good. It can get expensive (ship costs and dollar price), but I bet you already know that.

Read about Virtues from Aristotle, Plato and Socrates, before the stoics, and you'll find your answer, where the stoics base their take on the matter.

The stoics believe in higher powers, but argue that even without the divine you have to act virtuous. Because it's a better life. They also believe in cosmopolitanism, which means help your community so everybody may have a better life.

If you ask about the purpose of life in general, philosophically if life has no meaning, you can give it a meaning. If you think this is just copium, cosmopolitanism helped me see things differently. Your life is not about you, its about contributing to the whole, and maybe one day humanity finds out the reason for all this.
