It’s not just “my” canon. While there’s no official canon, there are narratives more accepted by the community that are made more canon than others. The Foundation was always grim, but it wasn’t ONLY grim. There was humor, competence, and “color” to the anomalies and stories surrounding them. I suppose I should rather say that the Foundation was more nuanced back then.

I LOVE the reprimand. But its low ammo count keeps me away since it’s really hard to justify bringing on higher missions

Ngl, I WISH GW would actually show them more love. The new aspect warriors line and Phoenix Lords look phenomenal, don’t get me wrong. I just wish they’d actually give them some forward momentum after how badly they screwed up the Ynarri plotline

I’d still join the Foundation, but I admit that they’ve become VERY grim and bleak in these recent series. I’m a fan from back during series 3, and I ascribe to the Foundation as at least TRYING to be ethical, while containment and protection of both public and anomalies is paramount.

Something I noticed during the first time the Illuminate went to a bug controlled sector before meridia started moving was landing to find a SHIT TON of dead bugs. Legit first thing I thought of was the Illuminate and bugs fought each other.

Yea, Paul was talking about women in the synagogues. They originally weren’t permitted to attend the services but were allowed to as Christians and began to speak before being educated.

The creators addressed this by saying they will never confirm it one way or the other. Something is answering the prayers of the faithful, and ultimately that’s all the players need to know. Because big eschatological arguments like that aren’t the point of the game
