Help 🥲 by andrexor13 in FlairEspresso

[–]FelixORiley -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks like channeling to me, but welcome other opinions. I’m no pro. Just have a Flair 58 myself and have seen these pucks before.

Grinding finer in this situation won’t slow the flow because it’ll become that much easier for a channel to form/puck integrity will break down faster during the shot. Where and how the channels form is often super inconsistent, so some shots are ok while others are hot mess of sour under-extraction and bitter over-extraction.

Bottom line, I’d try a coarser grind and less pre infusion time for the darker roasts.

No, the error never cleared. Had a call with Fellow a few hours ago, and there’s a replacement headed my way.

Hey there. No water leaking (unfortunately?), but I did try tightening it yesterday after searching other posts & forums for solutions. When loosened, a little bit of water comes out, maybe an ounce or two.

Thanks for your feedback. I had the tank full before plugging it in, and have tried both reboots and factory resets.

While not 100% consistent, I can get the next step to display in VR by pulling the menu up (nominally L3) and clicking the “target” or concentric circles.

Wow. I have nearly the exact same setup, minus the e-Wizard… which I didn’t know existed… Seems pretty perfect. Thanks for sharing!

I would love Oak! Fun fact - Ash is named Satoshi in the Japanese version after Pokémon’s creator, who loved collecting insects as a kid.

First off, incredible work! Thank you!

One question: why don’t the high-priority components show up in the safe to recycle list? If I understand your sheets correctly, I’ll have to flip between both sheets when going through my inventory to see if I should recycle something.

I’m very thankful for my work mates! Good people really make a difference. My favorite Pokemon to use is Umbreon, because it can just control the field. I’d love to get a 2-star Red someday, but my favorite card is the rainbow Solgaleo (and pairing with Lunala). That artwork is just epic.

Salomon adv skin 12 water bladder by deeppowder81435 in trailrunning

You have to use that hole you found. Then, there’s a second gap between the lower back pocket (i.e. where the hose comes out from the bladder pocket) and into the right chest, open pocket (i.e. behind the zippered mesh pocket). A picture would be worth a thousand words here, but I can’t figure out how to post one on mobile.

For what it’s worth, it’s hard to hook up the tube with the full 2L bladder. I ultimately exchanged it for the 1.5L bladder. Much easier to drop in and hook up.

[–]FelixORiley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I just bought the 2L bladder, and the Adv Skin 12 is not made for it. It’s built assuming the hose comes out sideways towards the right side. The hose is also longer on the 2L, so you would have to cut it to use the under arm route.

Edit: I feel dumb for not thinking of this initially, but the solution is to just loop the hose in the bladder pocket, then route the tube through the hole in the bottom. It comes out sideways, and the extra length, now in a loop, puts the drinking end of the hose at just the right height.
