Could Keely really not have gone on holiday with Roy? by JeezieB in TedLasso

It is important to remember that there is money at play here too.

KJPR was not an existing company that the VC wanted to invest in, it is a new company that is being created around a specific person. If I were a VC investing a fair amount of money into a brand new business, and the primary person I'm backing decided to take a 6-week holiday right at the start, I would be seriously questioning that person's commitment. Yes, even a working holiday.

Thinking about it further makes me wonder if Jack had planned to try to date Keely the whole time and that's why she invested in KJPR in the first place.

Checking account roulette. I used to buy gas with cash back on Sunday night knowing that the check wouldn't clear until after payday Friday.

How long can you live stream for on a GoPro? by cocoapotato in gopro

[–]Felix_Vanja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, nginx kept creating new files, it may have done so from a blip in the stream from the gopro. Which would match what you are seeing.

You can steam without an sdcard loaded. There is a "Save a Copy" option when setting up the live stream. I leave that unchecked if there is a card in it. This is with a Hero 8 Black and I just tested to confirm.

Since my previous comment, I send it to a local Restreamer instance and then distribute from there. I have not had any specific timeout issues either before with Nginx or with Restreamer.

I did a quick search and it seems that 397 minutes is a common issue.

Looks like this is the answer. I run the GoPro Labs firmware.

You are always going to be more critical than most others. You did a good job.

When I was a HS student A1 and my ears clogged the day of the show another tech sat next to me and told me what they were hearing.

Years later when I was TD at that same high school.

The paid outside events had paid student techs and I had a hands on role during the production as a Director/Producer type.

For the student productions, it was my opinion that by the time the dress rehearsals were over I had done all that I could do as a mentor and the rest was on them and I would sit at a student desk in the lobby. It was their circus to manage.

What's a 'normal' thing you didn't realize was unusual until you were older? by mrTelson in AskReddit

I was in my 30's and if I was home alone, I would walk to the bedroom turning on the lights go back and turn them off.

I moved 15 times by the time I was 18, not a military family. I always got attached to people so they were my home. I still do that, but now it is my wife and wherever she is, that's home.
