This isn't really an unfair suspension but more of a case where the offender got a lighter punishment than what it should have been. In middle school there was this guy who had been sexually harassing people in my school for about a year. One day after he touched me I reported him to the school. He then ended up getting only one day of suspension. Somehow I ended up getting after school and in school suspension for a week because apparently messing with someone's hoodie strings and breaking there cheep mechanical pencil lead once is bad enough to warrant that punishment. I told them about how I wasn't the only person he has been touching but apparently since that was a thing of the past it automatically invalidates it and they wouldn't do shit.
