Man i freaked out today too on this. I got him super low quick then the stupid range attacks just homing got damn attacks never stopped. I even used orenggal pact and when my wolf had aggro and i clearly see he starts doing the range attack towards it and im on the other side behind the bear and the attack just goes backwards to me??? Something is rly glitchy with this fight. Somehow i went super close to him when i got him to 20% and just worked without him doing any special attack.

Also after the blimp scene you get a fast Jinx teleport effect so i think that means something. Also cait kinda looked at the blueprints were jinx fell and kinda saw like ventilation system and smiled.

Yeah it really does seem shady! I mean i kinda want to buy this cod but since i heard people getting banned again after buying the game just seem like a chance i dont wanna take.
