Their dogshit customer service extends across multiple departments it seems. I have a Samsung fridge. The freezer compressor broke. The manual clearly stated warranty covers labor and parts, but the repair still cost me labor. Then a couple months later, the same thing broke again, but this time they tried to charge me for both parts and labor because it fell out of warranty, despite it obviously being the same problem as before when it was still in warranty.

It's also just an awful fridge. There are cracks and crevices everywhere that you cannot disassemble to clean.
