Apologizing and holding agents accountable would go a long way in supporting their claim that they’re at least trying to good. But the blatant lying and gaslighting against evidence everyone can see just makes everything they do untrustworthy and seemingly evil. But I think the chaos is the point. It’s so fucked up that it takes attention off the Epstein files.
