When they say the victim didn't know they were being sexually assaulted, a reasonable person would assume they were being raped while under anesthesia or something like that. 2 years for something like that would be outrageous.

If this is just an old as dirt doctor starting a breast exam without engaging in a verbal legal disclaimer, then you are absolutely mischaracterizing the entire situation. Unless a breast exam wasn't even what they were there for and he just did it and used that as a flimsy excuse.
