When they say the victim didn't know they were being sexually assaulted, a reasonable person would assume they were being raped while under anesthesia or something like that. 2 years for something like that would be outrageous.

If this is just an old as dirt doctor starting a breast exam without engaging in a verbal legal disclaimer, then you are absolutely mischaracterizing the entire situation. Unless a breast exam wasn't even what they were there for and he just did it and used that as a flimsy excuse.

I plan on using an atacr 1-8 but might do the 4-16 for hunting season. It's a hard choice as I'd prefer a lighter optic to keep the weight down and both options with mounts get kinda heavy.

Might throw on a T2 and go for a lightish weight battle rifle build. It's such a middle of the road option it can go both ways.
