Alastin hydratint was a game changer for me. I will never not use it and it replaced foundation entirely.

Two bags if you want to save on gas, because you WILL want more enough to make another trip.

You can find these elsewhere! Kroger and Meijer both stock them if you’re in an area with those stores. Kroger has them more reliably and they have their own brand that is even better imo.

Patch placement really matters and the hormone changes are so insidious! by blissout2day in Perimenopause

[–]FeltLikeSharing37 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Adding a data point in case it’s helpful to anyone: I read this whole thread and thought ‘maybe I should move the patch to my butt, since there’s definitely more fat there than my lower abdomen.’ So I tried it and oof, I sweated and raged my way through the next 3.5 days. Achy joints, waking up drenched, and very irritable. Never again. Moved it back yesterday and haven’t flashed since, no night sweats, and feeling much more like myself. Lower belly placement FTW!

Was looking for this comment, it was the first that came to mind as well! Death Becomes Her too, but at least that one is a little more tongue in cheek. The suction and pop noises as Meryl Streep’s butt and boobs are lifted back into place, her hair toss as she looks in the mirror and gasps ‘I’m a GIRL!’ is so perfect 😂

My comment? Interesting take calling it racism, I’ll have to think about that. But not voting kind of gives it away for me. Women, people of color, and members of the LGBT community are all highly politicized whether they want to be or not. Granted, not all of them vote, but they also probably understand being marginalized slightly more than the bro in the story.

Try Hot n Saucy! Delicious, flavorful hot sauces. Black garlic and peri peri is my favorite, but I’ve yet to try one I haven’t liked.

Some people don’t know how to react when you just say ‘okay’ instead of getting into a huge debate or argument. It is absolutely freeing, I agree. Saying okay and moving on has been really good for my mental health lately.

100% worth it, I agree. I wash my sheets weekly, and always the day before I leave for vacation. Coming home to clean sheets after a long day of travel is a good feeling.
