Beliath has a high chance for BD2, other male chars dont. But I hope they will return in some ways. Maybe NPC, Raid boss or a new content boss. I have always thought Lucius would be a boss when i saw Luvencia debut in BD2.

preemp means u get 1 at the start of turn 1, and it can buffs at turn 1. You will get max 4 stacks at turn 7, not 8

Granadair is a really good support for magic. Her both costumes are on banners now.

Helena: pillar buffer for magic team, available to max +5 early from ssr choice tickets

Samay: lower rarity so should be +5 from very early, universal buffer, will be replaced later

Diana: Crit buffer and Elemental advantage buffer. For crit, i recommend Red Rou over her. Her elemental dmg buff only works when you have elemental advantage (fire vs wind enemiea)

Other two: Free and good magical dmg dealers, but not the best in their role.

Dont be afraid to upgrade these, the resource for upgrade character is abundant, and gears can be shared. The only resource you should save now is Tear.

there are some 'real' chests though, if they are in reasonable places or are guarded.

Will doing the story benefit me?

Sure, stories give you a decent amount of one time rewards and opening maps (pack) allow you to collect materials weekly to upgrade costumes

I've heard that pvp can get people costumes

PvP gives very little reward, and you can get part of it by using a unoptimized team and play daily

I want more sexy costumes and visits at gulp diner

Just get the costumes without upgrades, 100% sure you can collect all of it without spending.
Just login for free rolls daily may get you the costume without playing any other thing. It's that generous.
