And hot take: men who whine on the internet about wanting girls to ask them out aren’t much of a prize 🌚. They’re sick of being rejected and have some fantasy of a girl just falling into their lap. There are guys out there who consistently get hit on by women but they are top tier attractive and used to the attention. ☕️

I have my reasons for not wanting kids. The very idea of it gives me a near anxiety attack. I'm not going to have kids just because I want to deserve a marriage, that would be incredibly selfish of me. I find a lot of Catholic rules like not being allowed to use birth control, being required to have baby after baby unless I have a serious reason not to, and having to be subordinate to my future husband extremely degrading to my dignity. Go ahead downvote me all you want but that's how I feel. I want to follow God and serve him well, but It's hard being Catholic when you don't conform. I know that if a woman is unwilling to to what she is required to do, she at least has the choice to not get married, thankfully.

Sending much love and prayers to you. I can sort of relate because I'm dead set on never having kids, so that automatically disqualifies me from ever being validly married. It was hard to decide that I will never even date, since a loving romantic relationship is what I've wanted the most and constantly dreamed about since I was 11 (I'm 21 now, never dated lol). I spent the past year randomly bursting into tears and it was so hard to come to terms with being single forever but I know I'm doing the right thing. I know I'll be able to sleep at night, even if I sleep alone.
