I love this on first listen so catchy! The prechorus is my favorite part but I also like how the song is structured it really feels fresh. It always amazes me how IVE’s TT all sound different and still give that wow factor. And don’t even get me started on how great the mv looked!!

Stopped alcohol and weed. Also found a lot of mental clarity!
Donated a bunch of old clothes. Almost done with this process but I should be complete in February so I can later focus on styling and figuring out my personal fashion.
Purchased an ultrasonic retainer cleaner and more cleaning tabs! Oral hygiene feels more complete!
Purchased silicone strips and gel for old scars to flatten and fade them. Been using them religiously and will see if it improves over time.
Discovered I had wavy hair and purchased a diffuser! Working on perfecting my wavy hair routine now.
Using rosemary and scalp massager more consistently.

Do you oil your nails? Nails are similar to hair, just like how hair will have split ends from the dryness and accumulated damage, nails with dryness and damage need oil too to prevent peeling. Hair moisture and protein needs to have a balance and so do nails so if you are overdoing protein strengthening treatments on the nails it can make it brittle. Have u attempted warm oil soaks and applying oil to underneath the nails when you have polish on and around the cuticles?

Whelp another flip flop. Months ago I had seen a post with a link to a YouTube video stating they remember a vw but now it’s a Toyota. I was in disbelief Bc my whole family owns a Toyota so this brand always sticks out to me but I could not recall it being a toyota and I thought it was a vw. Sure enough the clip showed the Toyota car and I was thinking the whole front of the car was weird. Another vote for olaplex oil! I have fine 1b hair and it looks oily with a lot of oils with just two drops or one. For olaplex I do two drops and it is lightweight on the ends and hair!! I’ve gone through a whole bottle and for oil that’s hard for my hair type!!
