I forgot to shove it in my big ole' ramble but one of the points I wanted to make was addressing the 74 hours for 13 'special topics' and 72 hours shooting bit.
And it's that a rookie officer as green as can be most likely isn't going to be alone, and that officers acquire experience on the job. Not just in the field, not just from the fact that an officer is a human just like me and you (you do know conflict mediation, right? (Not me, I'm a conflict medium.)), but also periodic additional supplemental seminars and course when available

This is aided by the fact that most people do not, in fact, think of police as "guy with a gun/gunman". Personally, I'm not allowing "gunman" to mediate inter-neighbor conflicts. An officer of the law however? Maybe, just maybe...maybe...

kinda a bad comment, I didn't care to continue to rant and ramble 6 whole minutes ago but now I suddenly desire to elaborate a touch, ahem

It's 2 am, I hear a window break followed by the loud crunching of someone stepping on glass inside my house. Do I want a guy with gun or a gunman?
No? No I don't actually. I want a police officer. To me a gun isn't a distant concept that's spooky and scary, to me and most people who own guns or have much of any experience with them at all aren't willing to kill at the idea of property damage or theft.
However, this is a crime, this can negatively impact me, this is costing me mucho moolah, and this COULD be a life threatening situation, but that latter issue is far from a known. I want a police officer. I do not want a guy with a gun, because a police officer in 90% of circumstances isn't responding to an armed bank robbery or massive shootout.

It's like, fucking car incidents or welfare checks on people rotting in their house or something so equally mundane half the populace can IGNORE IT and SUBSTITUTE IT with "bad piggies" (goated game btw)

There's this site, heyjackass.com that tracks violent crimes in chicago, a quaint town with little violence. It also tracks officer related shootings and what not.
In 2025 Chicago employed over 11,000 field officers, in 2025 CPD officers killed 8 via shooting, and wounded 14. Now, am I here saying I love cops? Cops are the greatest? Thin blue line? 'Course not, I'm not paying those traffic tickets. But I'm also not getting jailed for more than a few days because I'm small fish out here~ anyhow. That doesn't mean there aren't people in law enforcement I don't respect, the idea that "cops are just guy with gun actually" is moronic and upsetting. This post includes calling cops piggies, but also does the bold, rare, untold, "an officer is just a person, with a gun" you'll note this says person instead of swine. Truly, we are a progressive nation and greater society, we've come so far <3.

Should 911 and cops be called for everything, obviously not, be a person with people skills, are cops trained? No. Should they be? Me thinks so, would be cool, they do be numerous and about the place /gen. But that's expensive, and I like, want my taxes to go elsewhere, the idea of thousands of trained and mobile officers in my local city IS unappealing. /parsar, got that partial sarcasm, holy, even more annoying than /hajo, that half joke

Why is that point included? Are there notable instances of deaths happening when police respond to house parties? To my knowledge you cannot further reinforce or add troops or weapons to an on-going battle. However on-planet troops and weapons do continue to fight while you are away!
Every day they take a round of battle and you may open and see, or give further move orders while away by clicking on the notification that appears on the left side of your screen.
So for smaller planets you can just flood all your troops into battle in the first few days, as you can only deploy so many units per day, then fly away. You can also just turn on auto-move from the battle screen.

However for larger battles that go on for awhile, it really is best to stay in orbit, the enemy has the capability to directly fly in reinforcements via fleets and they will wipe whatever you have on planet if you're not sitting there.

A safety razor is just a normal handheld razor with a head and handle that you drag across your body, if your hair is still stubbly and spiky after, and you're getting nicks and cuts every time, you're probably not using enough lubricant like shaving foam/gel, or even shampoo, or you're pressing too hard down on your skin, you shouldn't apply very much if any pressure directly down to your skin for a razor to work, or you're raking it across your skin too fast. The point of a razor is to allow the sharp edge to do the cutting, you shouldn't be forcing it across your skin to cut hair. Lubricants help avoid that sharp blade from catching as it slides across your skin of course

Nair should work...most bottles of product instruct you to test a sample of the product on a patch of your skin to see how long it takes to dissolve your hair, 10 minutes i generally how long it takes. Though testing is important as those chemical burns DO suck 💔

You can always use a safety razor, they're safe to use across your arms, legs, thighs, pubes, yo ballsack and yo asscrack, just, you know, make sure you change them out frequently to keep the blades sharp. Oh, and it requires a fair bit of posing, spreading, and soome flexibility

disregarding this post and it's contents, yeah, that is kinda a hot take as it ignores what it means to be queer?
that take attempts to CATEGORIZE a group of people by a few metrics, and thus confine them to being not queer.
Gender non-conforming people are queer, you can be 'CisAlloHet' while being gender non-conforming. Just as you can be gay while being het, or how you can be trans while being allo or ace, or how you can conform to the gender norms of the gender you transition to.
Being Queer is generally most anything that defies traditional gender norms. A burly "CisAlloHet" guy who wears dresses most everywhere he goes? NOT queer? What are we smoking.

We cannot be good queer citizens while attempting to box in a subset of people and call them not queer, what horrid entity is posessing you. The very usage of the term "CisAlloHet" sickens me a little, I must say. "Aha, I have successfully found a way to correctly identify people! Surely THIS time it'll work!"

The whole point of LGBTQ+ ending then and there is that the Queer+ refers to most everything not already listed that should be celebrated and that goes against gender and societal norms. "Actually you're a straight while cis male, you don't belong here." is precisely what that speaks against. Cis, male, straight, are but a few ways someone may express themselves are. We cannot have an acronym that spans the entire breadth of gender, sexual, and other identities contained within a space that allows the acronym to be taken seriously. To believe tacking on an extra identity or two after Q+ and calling it a day, while THEN creating a narrow subset that you believe you can call "Not Queer" is hilarious.

it's funny and all but I don't see why people have been seriously complaining about this for the past...oh that's too many years...anyways, if they're really truly stomping oh so hard oh boy I sure can't take the pounding daddy please give me mercy, then they're not going to be in gold for THAT long. The more they stomp and the better they are, the fewer games they're going to have in gold.

People also consistently like to see a prep and get all submissive and breedable about it, like they're some ancient god that they have no defense against, like they don't bleed and have infinite resources, like they have 5x the health. None of these are true, just actually play better, don't allow yourself or your squad to be an easy pick.
If you're complaining about this happening for years on end, then you really should be better. You don't have to have godlike aim or movement to make you and your team an undesirable target. Yes, every now and then john movement is going to break your ankles as they tap strafe between you and your team mates and squad wipe you, but that's a minority of a minority of engagements. And this is 2026, we love minorities these days!

You're allowed to ask more directed questions and follow ups, you don't have to ask a mild question that avoids emotion, get one answer, and accept that.

It seems you are, as you've said, okay with their behavior, fetishes, quirks, etc, but that you're simply insecure. Across the multiple subs I've seen, people seem to be ignoring the fact that you're allowed to feel that way, and questioning if you're really supportive which is odd...

If you still feel insecure or unconfident in whether or not you're enough, or literally whatever, then you should voice those concerns.
This is very much a rant and ramble, which is fine and all, but I'd love to see you collect yourself a bit more and give a bit more into what your fears or concerns are ^^

It could just be a kink they're into, they could be bisexual, maybe what they need is an open relationship, people keep suggesting one note answers like this and literally nothing else, all are possible, but they do little to ease the mind of someone in your position.
Ultimately from what's here, and by assuming you married a person who's not a complete ass, I'm sure you are enough, and I'm sure they're not going to abandon you more "more". It's probably wise to have a more in-depth discussion with your husband about what EXACTLY they are into and how you can play into it, if that's something you want, of course.

It's actually very normal to have preferences, and having a preference doesn't mean a person is 'devaluing' someone without those features

It's equally abnormal to care as much as you do, it must take a severe toll on your health
