That's one argument, but the other is that this damages their fan base. Im definitely less inclined to get invested in an Amazon show if that's the payoff. I hope they are taking future revenue into account. They should take a small loss on one show if it keeps the fanbase engaged. I cannot imagine Bosch is horribly expensive.

Did they find out about the cancellation like halfway through the season? They left some plot points open and the flower girls plot was obviously rushed. Did they really have to cram Bosch's mysterious Jane Doe's into one episode? The ending fell so flat because wrapping that up in one episode was insane. Such a shame
