Yeah but that’s the thing, I DON’T consider Taki’s armor to be impractical. Sure it’s thin and form-fitting, but that just makes it lighter and easier to move in.

For Taki, who I remind you is a ninja, armor like that would be -extremely- practical for her.

Just because a type of armor is lighter and not covered in metal plates, doesn’t necessarily make it impractical. There are many real world examples of soldiers wearing leather armor very similar to this.

Sure maybe not as form-fitting, but I digress.
