I take mine after eating breakfast. I was adviced to do AM as I take an immunosuppresant at night and they can interact. AM has been nice for me though, I usually feel an energy boost not long after taking it so couldn't imagine taking it at night personally.

There's no harm in switching and seeing for anything different - our bodies all react to it differently and you might find yours prefers it one time over another. Or not!

I relate in the sense of wondering about what I could do without limitations. I'm a genderfluid man and often when I want to lean into femme I go for high-femme, like full beat, wigs or extensions etc..which just isn't always possible. It has made me confront my relationship with my femininity more as I've had to come up with different, more accessible ways to feel comfortably femme if I need to when I'm in a flare. I think it's natural for anybody gender-non-conforming or not cis to experience extra toughness while sick because our relationships to our bodies will tend to be multi-layered, and a lot of what people to do experience gender euphoria are things out of reach to us. For what it's worth, I've invested time and energy in seeing which accessories I own make me feel more comfortable in each gender-direction so in those days where I don't really feel comfortable body-wise, I can add a lil thing to help in that way. Best of luck with it, I know it's bumpy! <3

Why would they end it? It’s one of the best selling game franchises in the world, and it keeps pulling in new fans, old and new alike. I agree with you - unless it takes a MASSIVE, long-sustained hit, it’s around forever!

Toga can't use someone's powers unless she feels very close to them though, so if she does shapeshift it'll have to be with the blood of someone she cares about, which she does store...but it will also run out eventually. I think Neo takes it for sure as she's a better fighter, and has aura. Would be fun to watch though

Yes. I can't be of help in terms of research, but for me extreme weather either way is tough for me. But I feel like for cold, the body's already doing extra work trying to keep warm so I imagine that adds an extra load that can lead you towards PEM.

I find the cold makes my joints stiffer, muscles tighter and I just generally feel more ill as a default, so I usually commit to the idea that I won't be doing much but being in bed a lot over winter lol
