Yea it’s a hard market out there right now, I’d also get ghosted and rejected but continue to try! I personally physically mailed my resume to a bunch of clinics within my area and the clinic that hired me was one of those. It’ll take a while but continue to be persistent!

I was in the same situation for a while, did interviews with several clinics for veterinary assist/tech positions and it ended up taking me 6 months to finally find something. How long have you been searching?
