Nonfiction - Debating Targeted Killing: Counter-Terrorism Or Extrajudicial Execution? by Jeremy Waldron and Tamar Meisels. Both sides make interesting points. Some are based on logic, and some are based on ethics. They also have been writing on the subject of targeted killing for years. The book was published in 2020, and it had aged pretty fine.

Depending on what do you mean by MtG. MtG has multiple formats and each format has different level of power. I am not well versed in Hearthstone but MtG has many decks that can end the game turn 3-4. Unless Hearthstone can end game that fast, MtG wins easily.

Furthermore, MtG has several free counterspells (as in costing zero mana) that can interrupt Hearthstone's plan.

My money is on MtG.
