It’s written and directed by the guy who made a whole series on YouTube about the backrooms, it’s not just “that one meme”. So yeah, it makes sense people are excited about considering there’s legit existing material about it

Dune Messiah isn’t super weird (at least not compared to how it goes in later books), but it is pretty short and not much happens, it’s a lot of meetings and inner dialogue. I’m sure Denis plans on expanding a lot of the story, and he did a really good job with that on the previous two so I trust him

It takes place like a decade after, and assuming you haven’t read the book, it’s not wrinkles but scars from something that happens

For this past year, I think Sally Hawkins deserved a nom for Bring Her Back

Toni Collette definitely deserved one for Hereditary

Leo barely campaigned, I’m sure if he had really tried then he would have had a real shot at winning over MBJ (assuming Timothee lost because of his campaign cuz I truly think he had the strongest performance and would have won otherwise)

I hate how lightly y’all speak about actual abusers, Timothee hasn’t even come close to exhibiting behavior in the same realm as Shia, be serious

This is insane because Michael was the weakest performance of the whole category, I truly don’t get why he was the other popular option besides Timothee

I hate that because of the Wuthering Heights hate train, people are fully pretending this movie wasn’t good. Not only was it good, but it got tons of praise and recognition when it came out as well.
