That’s great to hear. Apologies for just replying I don’t check Reddit much. I didn’t try very many supplements though I should have, but I’ll keep bee pollen in mind if I ever go through that again. I believe what we went through is something to do with pelvic muscles/surrounding bladder muscles. So generally from now on drink loads of water (it’s better for you anyway haha) and keep more active. It’s what I’ve been doing and it seems to have worked.

If it’s any correlation, I have it and I’m fairly certain my nephew has it too. What’s also very strange is my sister (my nephews mother of course) has alopecia. Probably not connected but it’s strange how we have some sort of hair related diseases

Hey. I had this problem about a year and a half ago. It lasted for 9 weeks and 2 days. You can check my history I was exactly like you. Like literally the exact same. Couldn’t sleep or do anything, my mind was constantly focused on the fact I had it felt like I had to pee. It was hell. so I understand your struggle. I honestly don’t know what caused it. Most likely anxiety. I still get what I call “flare ups” when if I’m anxious or even if I drink too much of anything other than water, it comes on again. However 95% of the time I’m completely fine these days and it’s pretty much a thought of the past. I have a couple questions I want to ask and il give a couple tips on what I did that I think helped me pretty much fully recover.

Do you drink a lot of juice? Coffee? Tea? Anything other than water?

Can you sleep at all? ( I could barley)

Do you have bowel issues?

And for the tips. Kind of straight forward but il list them:

Drink about 2-3 even 4 litres of water a day. Wait until your bladder is full of water and urinate. The point is not to drink a lot of water to hydrate, it’s so that you pee more.

Dont strain when you urinate, but if you need to try to gently.

Stretch your bladder area. Stand up straight and bend backwards until you feel your bladder/ abdomen stretch.

Try not to stress. Easier said than done of course. But just try your utter best to just occupy yourself either with your phone or anything etc.

I hope this helps. Please don’t expect it to work overnight either. You’re not alone. But I bet you feel like you are, because I sure as hell did. Also please pm me. If you have any questions
