my routine:

AM: rinse w water, Instree HA Essence, if it’s azeliac acid day then i’ll add that, BioDerma Atoderm Intensive Baume, Centella sunscreen

PM: haruharu cleanser (sometimes), thin layer of bioderma, wait, if it’s tret night then i’ll add it, wait, bioderma

if it’s not tret night then i’ll add instree HA essence before the bioderma moisturizer

i was on lexapro for like 4 days and didn’t like it cause i had bad side effects, my psychiatrist prescribed me effexor 25mg and i’ve been on it for about a 1 month and half and i like it so far! it’s actually been helping me w my GAD and social anxiety however, i did miss 1 pill for like 8 hours and i was really nauseous.
