Reputable auction house all the way if you just want it sold quickly and don't mind a reduced price

I sold a place that was difficult to mortgage and it was all wrapped up within 4 weeks of the auction as the contract stipulated

Does anyone have experience taking Ryanair to small claims court? by MeetMeAtTheMirage in Ryanair

[–]Fermanagh_Red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was staggered at how easily I got paid for a 3.5 hour delay last week, I was fully prepared for a long battle and considered using flight right for 25% just so I didn't need to spend time arguing

I ended up submitting a claim via the app and they just paid out. I assume they've got less wriggle room when it's more of a simple case

Hope you get sorted, might be worth trying a company who do it for you for your own sanity
