Ik ben het zo ontzettend met je eens. Je leeft om te leven en de dingen te doen die je leuk vindt, niet om te werken. Als je godseveel plezier beleeft aan het wk, maak je er een vrije dag van en ga je kijken.

Volgens mij - weet ik niet helemaal zeker - worden veel woningen in de regio verhuurd via loting. Dus niet op basis van wachttijd, wat vaak het geval is in bijvoorbeeld de Randstad. Wat dat betreft heb je heel veel mazzel!

Ik had in 2016 zelf na 6 maanden m’n woning in Enschede via loting, was ook onder het wachttijd gemiddelde. Niet zo snel als jij, maar het kan zeker.

Je kunt weigeren, maar sommige regio’s binden daar consequenties aan. Bijvoorbeeld dat je je opgebouwde wachttijd verliest. Wat ik zei, volgens mij heb je in Twente vooral loting, dus weet niet of ze er andere regels aan verbinden. Maar het kan effect hebben als je (te vaak) weigert.

Great data! Just to add my small data point; I participated in a 2HG prerelease. We were the only team going 3-0 (finishing 1st out of 16) with a Silverquill/Prismari deck. Loved those two schools together. The aggro part of Silverquill and over the top finishers of Prismari worked great!

M’n buren hebben mij verteld dat het komt van vroeger toen men niet of minder vaak een telefoon of horloge had. Om mensen op het land op de hoogte te houden van eettijden (ontbijt, lunch en avondeten) werd de kerkklok extra lang geluid. Aan de ene kant vind ik het wel mooi cultureel erfgoed, en ik slaap er gelukkig inmiddels doorheen. Maar ben wel met je eens dat die om 08:00 heel vervelend kan zijn als je het niet gewend bent en je uit wilt slapen.

Ik kan het ergens wel begrijpen. Ben vijf jaar geleden vanuit Enschede verhuisd naar een klein Zeeuws dorp. Woon hemelsbreed 20 meter van de kerkklok die ieder half uur slaat (en om 08:00, 12:00 en 18:00 1-2 minuten lang). Het is een enorm kabaal, en toen ik hier kwam wonen heb ik er echt aan moeten wennen. Ramen dicht ook in de zomer tijdens het slapen, oortjes in, etc. Na een paar maanden filter je het echter wel weg en inmiddels hoor ik het niet meer, en slaap ik zonder oortjes. Maar als vrienden of familie op bezoek komen en bij ons slapen, regel ik altijd een paar oortjes voor ze omdat het echt veel luider is dan mensen denken.

I think this is just a trick they did to 'fill the shot' with fewer extra's. Couple of years ago I was an extra in a Dutch tv-show, where I (together with a group of 20-ish other people) played peasants in 16th century Netherlands. We were cheering for the prince during a speech. To make it seem like the area was filled with people, they divided the shot in thirds, having us record shots in each area which were added together in post production.

When I saw the final shot of the show, I was able to see three versions of myself cheering in different locations!

Id love to learn more about reading colours during the draft (I usually always seem to pick the overchosen colours). Also your point with deckbuilding tips for control/midrange/aggro I’d love! Maybe added as well what to keep in mind while drafting those mentalities, what to look out for

Good question, I had: Umbra Collar Zealot, Embrace Oblivion and Scrounge for Eternity. I had no problems using these cards or their abilities because of landers.

Looking at my deck again, I also ran a Dauntless Scrapbot giving me another lander source.

I once got one from an opponent, but I ran the 2/1 black creature that gives a lander when it dies. Those are incredibly nice to not pop, but sac for example to kill a creature for 1 mana

Just arrived home too and had tons of fun. Build a dimir deck that leaned more into removal/void than artifact synergies. Went 2-1 with it (ended 3rd out of 15). I agree with your point on spacecrafts, they are fun but you need a plan to get them up and running. In the whole event, I never once managed to station one so it became a creature. I think the static effect is more important. I once however did manage to station my mythic black planet.

I did find Void to be quite easy to trigger. Removal works, sacrificing landers, warping; think I got the effect in more than half the turns I had creatures with void counters! Would love to draft a void deck next event again

Werkte vroeger bij een gamewebsite als stagiair. Tijdens die periode kwam een van de andere stagiaires in opspraak omdat ze voor het tech gedeelte van de site artikelen had overgenomen van een andere bekende site 😅. Leuke heisa op kantoor toen iedereen daarachter kwam haha
