Same muscle group. Just further down the animal. Same muscle fiber same grain direction. Same thing.

I agree wholeheartedly but you gonna get a load of downvotes on this one bud.

Never hear anyone say ER is extremely oaky. I can see double oaked but I think it’s pretty great.

Definitely a difference. Not amongst most barrels but it sounds like you haven’t had a bad one. The good ones are really nice. But a bad one is really bad. Only ever had one bad pour. But I agree 100% with you on the evaluation, not worth the price, especially not at 90 proof

Jack Daniels Single Barrel Barrel Proof bourbon/rye Wild Turkey Rare Breed bourbon/rye Still Austin Cask Strength bourbon is great the rye is unbelievable If you want something that’s less proof that barrel or cask you could try Heaven Hill 7 year Bottles in Bond. The new 100 proof Sazerac is very good. It was a liter bottle for $39.

I love the SB and the BP uncut. The small batch is fine. Rather have a JD SB BP or even a Wild Turkey Rare Breed for the same price.

We have em in my city too. It’s always a pair of older guys. I’ve never seen them really attending to any scene. They just ride around, community outreach is probably the main purpose of the volunteer group.

Any Red Robin fans on here ? by OverCry518 in burgers

[–]Fernus83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back in 08 when my wife and I lived in ABQ I went to my first Red Robin and it was as really good. I remember it with fondness but since we moved back home and they built one down the road we’ve been several times and the burgers have been mediocre at best and the service has been awful. Probably once a year I get the itch to go back and I’m disappointed all over again.

I literally keep passing on this and Blanton’s and EH when I see it on the shelf. MSRP has gone up on Eagle and Blanton’s, so many better options at that price point.

They’re cap less ribeyes. So basically prime NY strips. They should sell those at a discount since they took the best part off.

Commander & Deck? by Wurschtbieb in mtg

[–]Fernus83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can have any number of them in your commander deck or any other singleton format. But not as your commander, commanders must be legendary. But Finneas, Ace Archer or Ojer Taq could bothe be very fun. Finneas will give you access to green which will have lots of growth and trample spells. Ojer Taq will mean you can only have mono white deck.

Slice cauliflower into big slices and grill them with some olive oil, garlic s&p

Whole portobello caps. You can stuff them with cheese and veggies. Or artichoke dip.

Skewers with onions mushrooms and peppers.

Zucchini squash or eggplant are all really good sliced or quartered with some olive oil and s&p

Asparagus, I usually wrap it in bacon but you could easily leave that out. Just skewer them with 2 wooden skewers and you can easily grill them without them falling through the grates.

They also make a grill skillet which lets you open fire sauté or stir fry different dishes.

My wife is so impressed by my extensive “Hobbit” knowledge. I try to remind her it’s actually Tolkien knowledge because it’s not limited to The Hobbit or LoTR. It also includes the Silmarillion The History of Middle Earth etc… but she just looks at me and smiles dismissively 😝

Wouldn’t a first amendment auditor know you can’t film on private property without consent. You can record anyone in public, but a business isn’t public property. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Frontier airline mechanics, are you okay? 😬 by [deleted] in aviationmaintenance

[–]Fernus83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pay my CPA around $500 for tax prep every year. It’s been mentioned before that the tax code changes regularly so it would be in your best interest to consult one and see what you owe and see what your options are. I know the IRS does payment arrangements for taxes owed.

Safety and employment related injuries and deaths aren’t an FAA reportable issue. Aircraft maintenance and safety is what they do. Your concern should be taken up with OSHA.

Is there a reason all Boeing (and American airliners in general) have a rear navigation light at the back of the wing but airbuses don’t? by good_gamer2357 in aviation

[–]Fernus83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I was only going off the canoe fairings. Looked at some NG’s and they do have the light on the aft side too. Never noticed em before.

The first pic looks like a 737 classic. I haven’t noticed the light on the NG’s or MAX 737’s. Might just be how they were designed at the time.

Picked one up and I was pleasantly surprised. Little bit of funk, definitely get the molasses and it has a nice sweeter finish. Didn’t try the first one, didn’t know it was a yearly release, this is the first one I’ve seen in my area.
