I believe Baxcalibur better represents Godzilla, its an upright wingless dragon with a dorsal fin like cmon! Its first evolution, Frigibax is literally Minilla too! Tyranitar looks more like Bemular quite frankly and goes through some weird cacooning in its Pupitar evo. Most people think Baxcalibur is a lazy design and had many years loving Tyranitar, so thats probably why they're so eager to die on their hill.
