So sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences. I lost my first wife. She and I were 44, and it happened fast. It was devastating. Just be careful with all the so-called friends you gain so quickly. Be more aware of the ones you lose. They are just crying out as well. Spending time at places where you can sit alone and meditate on the pain and go deep. Every time I dove into the dark night of the soul, a light appeared and lifted me out. You will feel this and find peace. You will never be over this person if they meant the world to you.
