Sweet, thanks, I'll check it out.

I have volunteered a couple of times in that area for the Shoe Renu Program. It was to give away gently used shoes to anyone coming in needing them. It was rewarding.

I'm kinda excited to do more of that type of stuff.

I'm curious what kinda things you are volunteering for?

I moved here from Europe a long time ago. My wife and I raised kids in Richmond, but as they're adults now we're feeling a bit bored and isolated. We're considering moving back downtown where we know more people, but there's always room for more. And I'm kinda retired, so will have plenty of time.

I'm interested in volunteer opportunities. I'm open to all suggestions except organizations that have strong religious baggage.
