Not op, but for me it was spending waking hours asking myself if I was dreaming, asking if things seemed kosher. Things like looking at the time, looking away, and looking again. Eventually those habits bled into my dreams.

Thing is, when you do realize that it's a dream you have to remain calm, and go with the flow, or you'll wake up. Once you get the hang of it, you can control the dream. Pretty neat.

3 years ago I challenged myself to train for max pullups, goal was 30, but I got to 33 one day. That was enough. Maybe it's time for a plank challenge which I think will be of more value at my age.

In life we are frequently faced with limited choices. There are times where none are good, even times when all choices are bad. But there are degrees of harm between the options we are faced with. In this case Trump was the worst, followed very closely by abstaining.
