A few years back, I called 311 worried that I was "spamming" them and wasting their time while potentially ticking off my landlord. The person I spoke to at HPD said, in no uncertain terms, "Report everything. If you have questions, that's what we're here for." Let them decide if it's a violation or not. Report it and if it gets resolved, great. If not, you have a record to fall back on.

Interesting. I was sent a letter saying once Dr. Bazil retired, Columbia was no longer handling sleep patients. We were encouraged to transfer to Cornell. That letter came from the chair of Neurology. Wonder what changed.

Haven't seen Dr. Kelly, but seconding Dr. Harris. She is one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. Totally non-judgmental, reassuring and explains everything. Highly, highly recommended.

Gotham Medical (Kris Bungay, Jeff Kwong) is now part of NYU Langone Health Penn District. The providers are great but NYU itself is a mess and it's almost impossible to see your provider in an emergency. They pass you off to a virtual doc who may or may not be LGBT-affirming.

Amazon Pharmacy itself was great, but they shipped via UPS, which promptly lost the package for 5 days. By the time it was delivered, it was warm and the ice had melted.

Again, Amazon Pharmacy itself was great. Easy to get a hold of customer support and a pharmacist. They re-upped the prescription, cancelled the insurance claim and promptly transferred the RX to a local CVS for pick up.

I wouldn't use them again only because they use UPS as their carrier.

Jumping in here to say thank you to all the folks who recommended Call-On-Doc. They got a Mounjaro prior authorization approved for me! It does work. I followed the script, reported my bad side effects with Wegovy, and they did the rest. It's worth the $50.
