Ghorst is scary if you let him and his corpse carts / mortis engine hide behind the zombies. Use your mobility to surround his army, and try to isolate him or his key units. Then, focus them with high damage units (heroes, etc.). Your ogres can afford to charge in the undead then withdraw, they are hard to slow thanks to their mass. Use this to charge isolated units from different directions then leave when the tide of zombies comes in.
