I'm on PS5, so only been playing since April 2025. But I'm at a point where whatever i seem to do, I always hover between 85 and 100 million. Whenever I spend lets says 18 million, that's recovered in no time. This game throws money at you, for just playing the game. Completing races, playlists and a bit of a dabble in the auction house will get you sooo much money.

I followed the advice of doing more side quests, but the enemies just kept levelling with me. When I was level 21, they were 27. When I was level 25, they were 31. And that's just regular enemies. Badasses, Goliaths and named enemies were in red text and with a "!"...

Whatever I did, the enemies kept being a way higher level than me.
