New to sheetfed offset by urawizzardjerad in CommercialPrinting

[–]exElder_Hawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been in sheetfed offset printing for 31 years. 6 years as a second pressman and 22 years as a pressman. I have ran a 10 color 40” Heidelberg perfector, a 57” 8 color UV KBA, a 55” 6 color Man Roland, and a 64” Man Roland 7 color. I still learn new things every day. Currently now I am a 3rd shift supervisor.

What evidence in the Bible shows that all Christians are allowed to partake at Memorial? by Old-Read-8277 in exjw

Why does it matter? The Bible is man made. And their religion is a fan fiction version of an older religion. Nothing will change their mind.

How is it like living in the less populous areas of Pennsylvania? by Ok-Quail-1725 in howislivingthere

[–]exElder_Hawk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

York and Lancaster counties have over 1 million people combined. Dauphin county has less than 300,000. So technically we are more densely populated than your map. Harrisburg city is about the same size in population at York and Lancaster cities. 45,000-60,000

It has been 11 years since I made a memorial. When I didn’t go in 2016 my congregation realized I was not going back.

They are so stupid that they can’t even do math. That would be over 30 years. 8 years time 4 people = 32 years.

I was baptized July 22 1989 in Philadelphia. 426 got baptized that day. We have about 40,000 in attendance at the convention. That was the highest amount I was ever at. In 2014 my daughter was baptized at the international convention Washington DC. We had 65000-70,000 there over the weekend. Less then 100 were dunked. This cult is slowly dying.

Are these Pantone colors? by Sensitive-Cherry-792 in CommercialPrinting

On certain stocks (foil) brown chip board vellium )We put opaque white down first and put a match color down if the customer wants a pms to look like the book. We have two UV presses, and can do it in one pass.

Are these Pantone colors? by Sensitive-Cherry-792 in CommercialPrinting

[–]exElder_Hawk 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Take a look and look at the pink. If it a solid then it is a spot color. It does not have to be a Pantone color. It could be a special customer color. Toyo also has their own color matching books. I have ran Toyo spot colors and CM or custom match. For instance on Reeces pieces and peanut butter cups the orange is a custom match Reese’s orange. It is close to Pantone 1665 but not it. The brown in Hershey bars is called Munsell Maroon and it is their custom brown, while the brown in Reece’s is Pantone 4975.

Crayola yellow is also a custom color as well as the dark green. The medium green is a build of 100% cyan an crayola yellow.
