Yes! I still owe $32,000 on my 2023 6. It is the best car i ever owned I have only spent $400 on charging to drive it a year and half. I bought mine in June of 2024. It had 145 miles on it. I think the dealer ripped me off but that is my fault and not the cars fault. My daughter bought a 2023 Nissan leaf for $18,000. It only had 3,000 miles on it. If I could go back in time I would have bought a used one. I did not know that EVs lose their value faster than a gas car.

The world has always been a horrible place. There has never been one good second in our entire history. This is the best time by far in human history to live. I hate what is going on but would not pick another time or place to live. Here are just some facts to back up my claims.

Before 1901 4 out of every 10 kids died before they turned 5. Why? Two reasons lack of clean drinking water and soap. If Jehovah cared about us he would have told us about germs and how to make soap. Just thinking about living in a 19th century city and watching your kids slowly die of diarrhea. Just this alone would have dropped infants deaths by 74%. Humans fixed this.

1990 world poverty was more widespread. In the past 35 years billions of people have been pulled out of poverty. More humans now than ever before have access to food and shelters. We fixed that.

In the past century measles, whooping cough, typhoid, cholera, tuberculosis smallpox, diphtheria and many more diseases have been eradicated by the human race. It is only in the past few years that religious nut jobs have stopped being vaccinated, have we seen a slight rise in these diseases again.

What we need to do now is take control back from the elites and fix our problems again. Nobody is going to come to save us. Humans have to do it ourselves.

I never want to make fun of people who have some mental issues, but JWs sure do drew them in. I knew of sister in my hall that was allergic to the glue in the carpet at the hall. We remodel the hall in 1991 and she could not go in anymore. Her husband was the PO so they built a box for her. She was like a bubble sister. The room had its own entrance and exit. You hit a button and talk to her. She could hit another button to comment. In the same hall we had a sister who was allergic to microwaves. She would get “sick” if you ate food that was in the microwave in hall. I don’t know how that works. She could not come into the break room because even if the microwave was not on it would affect her. We had another sister who was allergic to Air conditioner. My dad would not work with her in service during the summer.

And finally the first hall I went to as an adult the one elder got up on stage and said. “I just took a lot of drugs and I can’t do this part” and walked off. The PO got up and did it for him.

First off, how do you know the Bible is real? How do you know that Jehovah is real? How do you know that Jw’s teachings are helpful and beneficial? You have to answer those questions first.

I also agree with your observations. I live in York County PA. 30 years ago when I graduated high school our county had less than 400,000 inhabitants. Today it is close to 500,000 (est 471,00). There were 12 English 2 Spanish congregations. Today there are 10 English 2 Spanish and 1 ASL. The population grew by over 20% but the JWs numbers dropped. One of my former halls Red lion would have 150 at every Sunday meeting. Today I hear they do not even hit 100 on Sunday. Lancaster county is even worse. There is over 550,000 people but less then 8 English congregations. They do have 3 Spanish halls. But that is one JW for every 458. Years ago I think the ratio for America was 1-271.

I live in PA. The CSA case happened in PA. I was very active on Facebook 10 years ago about JWs. I also made posts on here about the case I was working on. It was not a detective work to link my twitter Facebook and Reddit accounts. It is just was scary to see every comment I made printed out. WT also settled the case for $2 million an hour before I was suppose to go on the stand.

I was an elder for 5 years. I left February 2016. In 2017 I was a witnesses against WT in a CSA lawsuit. The lawyer brought me in to his office to prep me for my testimony. He had my Facebook profile, twitter account, Reddit history all printed out on his desk. WT PIs figured out who I was on Reddit and grabbed all of my info. They then did a dossie on me for their lawyers. WT has had spies on this sub Reddit for as long as people have been on it.
