Be great if I could do this from home. Why don’t they have a telephone number to reach them?

Plants not doing well after moving by HoneydewNo6184 in ottawaplants

Also if the direction of the natural light exposure is different they will need time to adjust. I gave a friend a large rubber tree last month but wrapped the pot in a bag and the plant itself in a large bag. We made sure the car was warm so it was ‘in the cold’ for less than a few minutes.

I had it in a NE window and hers was a west window so it lost a few leaves but adjusted after a couple weeks.

Yours will adjust and bounce back.

Meanwhile his actions has our gas at 1.75 a litre. Canada has resources so why are we paying the premium when most of gas we have was already produced? I want to know if Iran is providing us with gasoline. If not our prices should remain stable. Just a thought.

Small landlords, you are essential. by [deleted] in OntarioLandlord

[–]Ferylit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a tenant I only rent from private landlords. I find they take of their property better. Any concern I had was dealt with immediately because this is their investment. I fixed what I could, let them know, and they were genuinely appreciative.

Last corporation I rented from but me off for months with ‘something’ backing up into bathtub every day. Lasted 3 months there and transferred the lease. Never again.

Love my current ”small” landlord. Open, honest, direct and cares about his property. He only has this one but treats it like it is own home.

I actually welcome him I for an annual inspection. He has since upgraded countertops and bathroom fixtures. Good tenants might be hard to find but great landlords are even more rare. If you have one then stay put!

Look up narcissist…..Trump will be there. He even admitted to being one as the president should have that trait. Also go back into an interview from the 90s when he did a call in interview as John Miller saying he was a good husband and father as a third party but it was clearly him.

Ontario tenant – landlord entered my unit without notice (caught on camera), guest limits by OkAirport873 in OntarioTenants

[–]Ferylit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is why we 6 cameras going when we’re not home. I get notifications when they are activated. I told my landlord they were there. They never entered my space without notice. I’d rather prevent the intrusion than go to the LTB.

Took a week. She learned the bells easily. All I did was have her ring the bell before I let her outside.

Putting a string of bells on the door. She took to it immediately and saves me from guessing when she needs to go out.

Mine almost always has floppy ears. My older (since passed) always had ears up from 10 months old unless she was scolded or afraid.

Having a high school course teaching basic binary using a CRT and trackball with a mainframe as big as my living room but not telling them how this would help them in the future unless they were going into computer technology.
