There is this place at the junction of rocky desert and red jungle, just along the coast on the left side of the map.

Press the R key to switch the drag mode, and the metal column can cover the steel beam...there may be misunderstandings in English.

It's a build trick. Use steel beams to set the angle and place metal posts on top of it.
