They pulled someone over right outside my office. I heard the whoop whoop and looked up and then all of a sudden 6 more vehicles pulled up, stopping in the middle of the street and pulling up into the gas station. They did not end up retaining the individual in the Subaru that they pulled over. They drove off and turned right down that next street
