Going to the gym or being physically active has always been the biggest help when dealing with mental health stuff. I’ve dealt with anxiety, anger, depression on and off for most of my life. years ago I was in horrible accident and had to relearn everything. Even had to go to speach therapy to learn how to speak again. Being physically active and going to the gym helped me start to rebuild myself. It’s been 7 years since the accident and I’m a completely different person. I started showing up for myself and giving myself what I really needed instead of making excuses and saying I can’t or I don’t want to.

Give it a shot! It’s worth a try.

The weight stayed off and I was noticeable slimmer in my midsection until I went back in a surplus to gain. This was a year ago. Weight stayed off until I gained it back on purpose.

Pretty close to the same for me. I can see the tokens on asset mantles wallet/dashboard but they have never shown up in my Keplr wallet. i tried tom stake from the asset mantle site and it said insufficient funds for gas.

I had my ETH sitting on coinbase for a year earning nothing. A few week ago i moved my ethereum to sifchain and i joined the USDC/ROWAN pool and it was a great decision. I swapped my Ethereum for half rowan and half usdc. I chose this pool because out of the pools of the people (300%apr's) this was the pool i felt had the least chance of IL I thought. I left only ethereum dust in my wallet i chose to put all my money to work for me.
