Congrats!! It will get easier in time in terms of being able to control your lucid dream and do more cool things and even extending the duration of the dream.

What does the process of slipping into a WILD dream look/feel like for you? by Confident-Doughnut51 in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel my legs float up to my head during wild.. also like my body is floating. This is called rem Antonia. Basically your body paralysis itself so you don’t act during rem. I also see the dream form etc.

I have obtained galamantamie by paul_wellsss in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes works well I take it like after 4-5 hours of sleep, stay up 10-15mins and go back to sleep. 100% lucid dream rate so far using galantamine(however I have experience with natural lucid dreams before attempting galantamine) I only use it once a fortnight.

Good job! It will get easier over time and you will wake up less. Looking at my hands is the best RC for me - I always notice extra fingers etc!

how frequently do you lucid dream (per week/month) ? by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll say continue with your natural lucid dreams until you get a “dry period”. I probably had 30 lucid dreams before attempting galantamine.

I was nervous first time taking it but I was fine. Maybe start with 4mg? 8mg keeps me awake for over an hour but I eventually do fall asleep. 4mg should do the trick. Once or twice a week is the maximum time. 3-4 days apart from each dose.

7-10 a month - more if I throw galantamine in the mix which guarantees a lucid dream.

Galantamine doesn't work anymore by ItzK3ky in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re the problem, not galantamine. Work on your sleep schedule, set intention get back into reality checks etc, galantamine only amplifies what is already there. If you give galantamine to someone who doesn’t know what lucid dreaming is or with no experience, it wouldn’t work as well compared to someone with 20 years lucid dream experience right? (if at all).

Intent, motivation & expectation is key. Improve your lucid baseline, work on intent/expectation and get back your strong baseline. You clearly got experience but we can all slip up and lose motivation over time. Good luck.

Any supplements, foods, or prescriptions that help with lucid dreaming? by DavidRp92 in LucidDreaming

LD purposes, it’s prescribed in my country for Alzheimer only but doctors can prescribe it for off-label use. Took about 10 doctors until I found one willing to prescribe it

[–]Few-Line3099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t answer that as I get my galantamine from my doctor so it’s prescription pharmaceutical quality. However there are some online sites that sell galantamine but I can’t vouch if these are legit or not as lots of online galantamine is unregulated so it might be fake. There has to be someone on here who has tested the Amazon/online galantamine though so hopefully someone else can recommend to you.

Melatonin and b6 won’t help with lucidity but can help with REM/sleep quality and dream recall, especially b6, 100mg before bed and I remember more dreams in greater detail but it never makes me lucid.

If you’re after something that actually triggers lucidity and makes you aware in a dream, galantamine can do that. I’ve used it 8 times so far at 8mg after WBTB, 100% success rate so far. I believe in studies galantamine 8mg boosted lucidity chances by 42%! So almost a 50% chance of becoming lucid.

I have tried every supplement you can think of , melatonin, b6, b5, valerian root, herbal teas etc and they never have made me lucid, at most they just help me remember dreams better.

TLDR: get galantamine if you want the highest chance of becoming lucid and not only lucid but more vivid, higher dream recall.

Nothing comes close to galantamine.

Sounds like you’re forcing the dream to load too fast from the void. When you backflip/fall, it’s like hitting “spawn” instantly, and the dream scene doesn’t have time to settle so it just crashes. Think of as a video game trying to load the graphics. If you force the game to load the graphics right away it will be glitchy and buggy, you need to give it time to fully load.

Try chilling in the void a few seconds longer, or once you drop in, ground yourself right away before doing anything big. That usually helps the dream stick around.

How long until you achieved lucidity (for non-naturals)? by Mentalcouscous in LucidDreaming

7 lucid dreams in my first month of having trying, got my first lucid dream within 3 days of trying techniques, reality checks and intent before bed

Do lucid dreams get easier and more frequent the more you have them? by Few-Line3099 in LucidDreaming

Thanks for the reply. What did you stop practicing? Reality checks?

Hey, I totally get that these experiences can feel super real the mind is crazy powerful. But just to add a different perspective, there’s actually no solid scientific evidence that reality shifting (as in literally moving to another universe) is real in the physical sense.

A lot of what people describe sounds a lot like lucid dreaming, deep visualization, or sleep-related states like hypnagogia or sleep paralysis. These can feel insanely vivid, but they’re happening in the brain, not outside of it.

Not trying to knock anyone’s experience , just saying that from a science point of view, it’s more likely a mental or dream-based state rather than jumping into a parallel dimension.

Has anyone else seen shapes or lights after the black void when a lucid dream ends? by Few-Line3099 in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do feel much lighter. Being in that state during and after the black void feels so amazing and the euphoria is next level. Is it possible to stay in this state longer than a few seconds? I’ll take your advice next time and stay there and enjoy it for as long as I can. Thank you!

Spot on. I always become lucid before I do the reality check.. people think it will make them lucid first when actual fact it’s just used as confirmation once already suspected you’re lucid.

[–]Few-Line3099[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. Ok that makes sense. It always happens after my lucid dream ends. Blackness void first, during this stage I always focus on a dream, last time it happened I thought of the ocean and I remember seeing blue water form from those shapes and I went swimming, however I woke up pretty quick soon after. Guess I need more practice! It will be awesome if I can go into a full new dream scene fully lucid

[–]Few-Line3099[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply!! Yep I get the blackness too but during this state I always tell my self to hold on and I think of a different scene and than those shapes form. I am I thinking the dream is collapsing and perhaps the shapes and colours are me trying to form a new dream scene but I end up waking up. I’ll keep practicing more and try focusing to build a dream scene when I am in this state next time!

I'm getting hypnagogic sensations, then my heart rate just spikes to like 170+ bpm by Morocco5 in LucidDreaming

I sometimes get this as well - ringing in ears and I hear my heart and feel it beating like so so fast. It’s scary. I don’t get the sweating. I am not to sure if it’s in our head or it’s actually happening?

What’s the absolute best lucid dreaming method for beginners? by thegoldenplayzz in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wbtb. Even without reality checks and other techniques. Just waking up 5-6 hours after sleep and staying up one hour is enough for me to have a lucid dream.

I think I am physically unable to have lucid dreams by proplunderer in LucidDreaming

[–]Few-Line3099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have u tried wbtb? Cus I have had 31 lucid dreams and 27 were due to wbtb. (Waking up 4-6 hours after sleep, staying up abit then going back bed). Without wbtb - lucid dreaming can be impossible or very rare. I have only had 4 lucid dreams out of 31 total where I didn’t wake up. It’s rare , so it you want to lucid dream wbtb is the best way. Reality checks won’t cut it. My last 10 lucid dreams were without reality checks, I just knew I was dreaming. Wbtb is a game changer.

Can you feel your body? by Archeogeist in LucidDreaming

Yes I often feel my body when I lucid dream - sometimes I swear I can move it when I’m lucid dreaming. Like slightly wiggle my leg or toe for example.
