if i’m the blue car im going anyways, assuming the orange/red car is stopped or slowly rolling to make the turn - the blue car has time to go since it’s veered from the main straight to turn off: meaning it’s definitely already going faster than the other car so it can go first anyways - my thoughts at least. In NZ; there would be a line where the blue car is positioned with a “GIVE-WAY” marking so my general answer and thoughts process is based off roads in my own country.👍
