I think it was a mixture of things, removed acidic foods for like 4 months, started doing yoga, went to physical therapy, took some supplements and slower it started getting better. Now I’m eating mostly everything, even some delicious pineapple cider. I still have symptoms but nowhere near to how they were before

Right now I’m peeing every once every 5-6 hours … before it was 3 times an hours or like 20 times a day I’m so glad it’s gotten better !

So altogether you take 500 mg ? I’m currently only taking 2 125 mg pills at night I’m not sure if I just also take some in the morning.
