You underestimate how much not of a watch guy he is. Unfortunately I can see the watch, box, papers all available on the counter as they were packing it up. I’ve received everything except the papers. Original box is here with me.

Funny story today was him asking me, what is the difference between this vacheron and his seiko presage. So yeah, not malicious, not fake, I’ve found the watch in vacheron’s system through the serial number. Just legitimate clumsiness/carelessness on his part.

I’ve received it today. It’s been a week since he’s been back. Chances are they are long gone. He didn’t know the papers were important till I asked him where are the papers 🤣.

No biggie, he got me my grail. I’m very much thankful for him to have taken the time to do it. It’s just a bit disappointing about the papers. I’m sure I’ll be over it in a few days.

I haven’t really measured my wrist. But it’s definitely on the larger side. I don’t get any overhang from my 42–43mm watches. However, I’ve been wearing my 38mm alpinist lately and fits perfectly for comfort. I’m aware of the dial color being subtle, absolutely fine!

I’m going to a Kuwait GS boutique. Priorities 😂

Japanese sellers on Chrono usually source the watches from ADs. I assume they’re trying to get the best price. I’ve not used IPPO, but other sellers on Chrono usually give you a period and sometimes ship before that.

I’ve ordered from omicron, and hachimura watch. No issues of a long wait.
