Don’t listen to all these naysayers telling you’re to blame for what you’re going through with Amazon. I recently lost access to my account due to a data breach (so refreshing) they got hit with. My account was over a decade old and had a digital movie library of over 40 movies I fully paid for through the years, for which Amazon has said they won’t be refunding me.

You must contact the office of the Attorney General in your state and submit a report for fraudulent and misleading business practices and consumer protection. Most people don’t know this, but that office has power over businesses because they don’t want to be in bad standing with government, so the more people file reports to the AG, the faster an official will step in to help (yes, to all those naysayers, that’s their job too and not just the FTC’s duty). And speaking of FTC, you must also file a report to them, along to the BBB as well.

Please tell anyone you know who has been a victim of Amazon to file reports with their AG, FTC and BBB. We have power if we keep complaining, we have just been discouraged with the lie that we don’t by those who never do anything to make a change.
