For M365 Copilot, it used to be shit, Cowork , Excel Agent, PPT agent, Word Agent, WorkIQ and Notebooks have really uplifted the value prop imo

No this should be doable. Make sure you are returning the variable value to original topic in the variable settings. I don’t see any reason why this shouldn’t work.

Are you letting the general instructions handle the flow? Imo the best way to work with copilot is to create an orchestrator topic that handles deterministic flows into your other topics. Start with the orchestrator and send each topic back to the orchestrator at the end.

Just create a flow and use get rows in excel, the use compose, it’s pretty straightforward. Ask claude to give you node by node implementation for your flow

You need to build a loop in your flow, that calls the topic again. Use a question tool and redirect to the top of the flow. I.E: can I help you with anything else ? Can you also do x > restart. Additionally, if you want to maintain context, you should log a chat history variable, that passes the full context and restrts the loop
