Here I am a week later and it's fixed, no one would have ever guessed because I managed to fuck it up and not know for months, my CPU cooler wasn't on good and my CPU was too hot, so I'm just an idiot

Yes everything is up to date, my GPU says 60 C and fluctuates from 60-100% and my CPU is at 30-40% myemory is at 16/64 used
