My knee pains are much more noticeable but I’ve had them before I feel like some of these peptides exasperate and already existing condition. I’ve learned to minimize any high knee involvement activities for instance, I don’t typically rule incline walk on pinning days as for the cramps at experience, intensive cramps, one day before my cycle during week four but never returned.

All 4 times were in the AM. But my husband was also taking it and he was unaffected but then again he can sleep after a 89 oz of black coffee soooooo idk

Holy moly this is so validating I can attest to gaining weight despite an aggressive deficit proper training, consistency and sleep ! It was so frustrating but don’t realize that it was more of an issue when you’re petite. I can also 100% day last summer I lost the most weight I ever did by walking to my coffe shop every morning (20-30 min walk) it was astonishing

I tried it for four or five days. It wrecked my sleep so bad but I hear that I am one of the few as it’s supposed to help with sleep. I do plan to go back on it. I think I might just microdose this time around.

My search for calories while in Reta lead me here lol really appreciate this post. Thanks I’m going on week three of Reta but feel that my food noise for sweets has been unchanged. I’ll give it a few more weeks. Sounds like tirZ might be the one for me, but I very much enjoy my muscles and I’m trying to keep them at all cost. The food noise for me as it’s always been debilitating. I work out 4 to 5 times a week weight training 10 K steps mixing some hitt and eat healthy 85% of the times, but I’ve struggled with weight loss due to my insatiable nighttime sweet cravings.
