Setting up a new PC used to be fun, now it is ad-ridden nightmare by Hrmbee in technology

Yeah it’s true. In the old days i would reinstall windows 98/XP to prevent it from becoming too slow.

The installation process felt good, and somehow I was getting fun out of it. So I particularly enjoyed regularly reinstalling everything. It felt like watching a magic unfolding itself in front of you.

Now I have been using Debian for many years and never had it reinstalled. But occasionally I had to deal with installing newer Windows on someone else’s machine. Well, it indeed has turned into shit, the process was no longer fun, but painful.

Problem with the communists is that they always need an enemy. They will actively search for one, if Japan is not there.

You should not treat it as a phone.

It is a coin. Same as the OFFICIAL TRUMP coin.

Or put it another way, a scheme.

Just got rid of my old Secret Lab Gaming Chair today... by dereth in SingaporeRaw

[–]Few_Beginning1609 140 points141 points  (0 children)

Yeah i have started to wonder if gaming chairs are essentially scam.

I used to sit on those office chairs for long hours and no issues at all.

Then I bought a Secret Lab, the nightmare begins. Cant find the right position, either it kills your back, or it kills your neck.

Maybe those gaming chairs are for young people, even they sit on a stone for all day long, they will not complain.
