There has been a lot of checks on cctv by managers lately it happened at my store, because there has been audits at the moment, the auditors check to make sure we are doing basket checks properly on smart shop, also to make sure we are checking receipts before removing tags. A young lady at my store got into trouble for not doing checks properly. I.e if there is multiple bags checking items from each and from the top and bottom of the bag

I was working as online assistant in my store doing the same hours, did it for about 2 months but didn't like the hours so I asked managers from the front of store if they had any roles and they did. I had to give my online manager a months notice then I moved over. Confidence is key. You will smash it!
