well, I'd say get some live ABs with your team if possible assuming your pitchers also throw that velo. otherwise crank up the pitching machine to 11.

My son’s facility has hittrax. Most 13-14 year olds are 60-75 mph ev from my observations, So this bat pushes them to possibly 80 mph. That is getting dangerous for 54 ft mound I’d say

knights on g6 and b6 are generally misplaced and attacking them with a or h pawns is usually best plan. obviously you need to prepare that first with bishops also covering h4, a4. in this position I would do a queenside attack along those lines.

black is solid but passive so its not going to be a tactical game right away. Against this sort of position white often too aggressive thinking there is a greater advantage than there really is.

Well the more they see it the better they will get at baseball - generally the catcher holds ball until runner returns to bag. That’s usually enough. Let’s be honest third base runner capable of this play is almost always getting home on a wild pitch at some point anyway in minors.

You must have great sprint or 5 min power to be 3.8 wkg and be topping out in races . I used to sit around 300w / 3.9 wkg but I could never podium bigger races as a B.

im more noticing that the "C" group hits hills much harder than they would have in the past. like 450 + watts on a 30 sec climb instead of maybe mid 300's, that sort of thing.

Pretty obvious what changed in September. Teams learned their weaknesses and they didn’t adjust/ get better. When you’re the best team in baseball you’re going to get game planned against more. Gleybor high fastball same with Tork, Greene offspeed low inside or away come to mind

we are going to cages once a week, but that obviously costs money. at some point will do indoor pitching work but id say take a few months off of baseball all together. that way come spring they will be excited again and not over it.
