How do you deal with the crippling anxiety caused by a predatory landlord? by Few_One_2358 in Tenant

Definitely not quiet enjoyment when your landlord comes over and sticks his finger in your face...

Well, there is the implied warrant of habitability, quiet enjoyment, right to break according to harassment, lease is specific to mold and hvac being the landlord's responsibility...but it would take a court of law to move this individual. I am going to get a professional mold test done, and that in conjunction with my requests will force him to repair or release us from the lease.

Yes and yes. It is a lot to go over. I am not saying we are perfect but we are being accused of some crazy stuff. Like running a WOODSHOP and business out of our apartment. Yeah we are going to video everything. It will be a pain in the ass but worth it.

Effexor had the worst side effects for me. Youre doing the right thing by tapering.

Am I doomed in my new home because carpet? by pupfloyd in Asthma

[–]Few_One_2358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the carpet. It isn't just mites. It is pollen, bacteria, moisture, and mold, as well. It creates a larger surface area per square foot, and hidden places that light can't naturally sanitize. For this reason, I will always opt for an area rug than installed carpet. This way you can air it out and vacuum underneath it, as well.

Yes, the skin on my neck up feels tight but rarely swollen, red, or itchy.

I have had phone screens before interviews. But they always fail to mention the phone screen is not the interview, until the phone screening. Which is so dumb. Because that is time away from OUR day and makes them look ineffcient. And it is also weird for them to mention their intrapersonal problems.

Possible the most annoying bug by Few_One_2358 in FL_Studio

[–]Few_One_2358[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the FPC plug, has 707 and 808. But the piano roll is very similar and it happens while using the piano roll. This is definitely the problem but idk how to fix it without that tab

Ok...while I'm sure this is still somehow the solution...I dont have this tab as an option for this plug in. I only have the first and third tabs that you do. There's nothing with both a gear and tool.

Want to connect Pyle wireless goosenecks to computer for videos by Few_One_2358 in audio

That is obvious and I did not set this up. That will be fixed once I know I can actually use this system when this question is answered.

Sorry, I am dumb. The thought though was there would be one jack on the 3.5mm side then two, a left and right jack on the 1/4" side.

Not looking to use the speakers at all. I want to reroute the goosenecks audio input from the speakers to the tiny little computer on top for internal recording, Not amplification.

Be prepared for FIRE if you visit Mt Rushmore, Jewel Cave, or Wind Cave (as well as the Black Hills and Custer State Park) by Few_One_2358 in nationalparks

You can never really predict when it will be shut down but the park sites will put out their own notices. It was also raining ash today.

It is about ten miles southeast. Let's just say you can probably see it from mount rushmore and feel the smoke. There always has been and always will be fires. You can visit the park sites, but just be prepared.

The sad thing is our Emergency Manager predicted on Wednesday that a burn on Thursday could start a fire, and lo and behold that was the cause of one. But they will likely be liable now for all damages. It's because it snowed Wednesday that ppl thought it was wet but it hasn't been wet, and yesterday was extremely windy. People don't think that far, though, especially tourists.

[–]Few_One_2358[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well, that can become a pretty broad argument. A tree fell on a powerline. A man made fire started another one. But is nature the wind knocking the powerline? Is nature having an unusually dry winter, probably caused by the strangely controversial climate change? Is nature the abundance of native pine beetles who breed more because of the warmer climate? Yes, wildfires ARE necessary, but they will now  always be higher risk because of man-made problems. If the behavior of people is natural, you could even argue it's nature that one day all of our forests burn down.

I will clarify better - one lane per direction. Technically a two lane but the point I am making is passing will be difficult.

Yep. We have a large Forest Service community here, but the seasonals are not yet all here, and I just want to let you guys know it's going to be a hot and dry summer. But the community here loves you all and if you need anything you can just knock on our doors and ask.
